Lead Generation Executive
Location: Mumbai
Job Description:
- Generate quality Leads from Online Sources by Searching the database ( Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) or target audience (B2B) from the internet or other sources till generating suspects and prospects for the Sales Closure team.
- Send solutions and Services marketing collateral/ material over email
- Follow up, pitch, and convince the customer to try us/take a demo or free trial of services wherever we offer.
- Use our sales CRM tool and update it at every step of the process.
- Maintain and build a regular ongoing relationship with your suspects through LinkedIn and other online social network sources.
- Responsible for Data Mining and Market Research through the internet, Building databases, and Proficient in secondary research.
- Research, track, maintain, and update leads.
- Contact prospects to qualify leads.
- Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
- Research and maintain lead generation database
- Conduct customer research
- Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process.
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Experience with cold calling
- Experience with research and maintaining databases
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in using CRM
- Strong project and time management skills
- Six months to 1 Year exp in outbound sales and lead generation in the IT Industry.
- The candidate needs to search for potential clients.
- Graduate in any stream
- 1-2-year(s) experience in Lead Generation
