Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit - NSE
A comprehensive assessment of an organisation’s digital infrastructure and cybersecurity measures shall be carried out by a Cyber Security and Cyber resilience audit conducted by the National Stock Exchanges. This audit aims at assessing the effectiveness of an organization’s security controls, identifying weaknesses and increasing cyber resilience. In order to ensure that the company is in line with industry standards and regulations, they assess its internal security controls, policies, and procedures.
In addition, the audit will include an assessment of the organization’s incident response plans and its ability to assess whether it is able to identify, prevent, and respond to cyber threats. An assessment of whether an organization can recover from a cyber-attack is also part of the Cyber Security and Cyber Resilient Audit. The team shall look at the organisation’s preparedness and recovery strategies, as well as its strategy of business continuity and disaster recovery. Improving cybersecurity protection, protecting sensitive information and minimising disruption from cyber threats can be achieved through mitigation of vulnerabilities and the implementation of required improvements.
